How it works
A falling price set by the server. Booksi’s terms govern your stay.
A drop starts at retail
Every drop opens at the stay's retail value. The server owns the clock and the price.
The price falls steadily
It descends in a straight line every second toward a floor published for that drop, over the drop's duration. Your screen only displays what the server's formula produces.
View Deal without holding
View Deal opens the offer, qualifications and fees. Its price keeps falling exactly as on the feed. Viewing never locks a price or creates a reservation.
Book Now, then complete your booking
The first accepted Book Now tap locks the current server-computed price and opens checkout. Others immediately see Sold at that price and cannot buy that drop. The five-minute guarantee countdown starts at the tap and is shown only at checkout. At 0:00 it stays at zero; the same locked price may still be payable for a limited time, but is no longer guaranteed. A displayed winning hold is not a completed payment. If it ends unpaid, existing reservation rules apply and the drop never reopens.
About viewing badges
The current viewing badges show simulated counts between 7 and 24. They are illustrative, not verified live viewers or evidence of actual demand. They do not affect the price, duration or which Book Now request is accepted.
The floor is the end
If nobody holds the stay before its duration ends, its price reaches the published floor and the drop ends and leaves the live feed. A later drop is a new drop, not a reopened hold.
